Alto Dex was built on an unusual foundation — finance, design, and fabrication, in that order.
A degree in Financial Analysis and Corporate Finance came first. Then formal training in Interior Decorating through Mount Royal University, AutoCAD certification through SAIT, and ongoing study in Revit. Every drawing, every material specification, every cut is grounded in that combination — the discipline of financial analysis applied to design, and design applied directly by hand.

Most renovations fail in the gaps between trades. A plasterer sets a bead a few millimeters too far. The tiler works around it — has to. The line shifts. By the time the fixture goes in, it's no longer centered on anything, and nobody upstream caused it on purpose. Each trade did their job. The project still came out wrong.

That gap is where Alto Dex operates differently. The same person who ran the numbers, drew the plan, and specified the materials sees the entire sequence before the first cut is made — not one trade at a time, but the whole consequence chain at once.
The goal was never to be capable of every trade. It's to never need to redo the work of one.
